Inheritance in property for women in Islam

Islam is only relegion who has given equal rights to women and men beside other basic rights one is inheritanc means share in property after death of father or husband. In Quran surah NISA verses 11-12 & 176 it is clearly explained. The man has double shard than a daughter if there are two or more daughters the share will be 2/3 of all property and wife has 1/8,this does not mean that women are considered inferior but in islam the male are supposed to provide finincial responsibilities. But due to lack of awareness and social issues mostly females are deprived either forcefully or by wrong tactis. As pakistan is an islamic country there fore the inheritance law also is followed by islamic rules in which spouse,parents and children are legal heir of any deceased person. How ever now in various cases filed in supreme court for heirship the SC has clearly given vdrdict that males who deprive women from their legal right, Under Section 498 B Prevention of Anti Women Practices Act 2011 depriving women of inheritence by illegal means shall be punished with imprisonment which may extend ten years but not to be less than five years or a fine of one million rupees or both. Ok this is law but how much implemented as mostly the girls to keep property are married in family because our custom and cultural values considers it harm to their prestige. Some times the sisters become emotionlin favor of brothers and with draw from share. Mostly i have observed spouse of deceased suffering especially woman thougj the share of her husband is according to islamic law but at the time of distribution she is forgotton. The property whether small or large is distributed among brothers saying what a problem Ami can live yo any one of us Its ok she needs a male but does any one asks her whether and where she wants to live.No doubt the house of son is her but there lives her daughted in law and any love to any extent may be there but she needs her space she needs privacy why she should wait that some other son will come and ask her to live few days as in our culture it is usually not acceptable to live eith daughters. Please every husband as no one knows that who will die before in their live should delegate whatever is with him to his wife as according to Express tribune 6 March 2020 SC in the light of Quran has announced that Men (Husband) has not right over wifes property and womans share in inheritance is precisely ordained. What a woman inherits hers and hers alone neither her husband,father,brotheror Son nor she needs any permisdion to dispose or acquire any property. I request all men and women to follow this rule of inheritance as it is most need of women rather of Men. As in our culture after desth of wife a man can easily marry but for a widow or divorcee it is either considered a taboo or not accepted there fore for her graceful and not not dependant existance she is dependant on share given to her either from husband or father .
